Perspectives
What we learn about people, we learn from people.
Articles, case studies and lived experiences on behaviour at work, from HR leaders, managers and anyone who has watched a capable person flourish or struggle and wondered why.

Your experience could be someone else's insight.
Perspectives is open to anyone with something real to share about behaviour at work. Send your piece by email. Every submission is read personally, and selected pieces are edited with you before they are published under your name.
What we look for
Something you have seen
First-hand experience and honest reflection, rather than theory or promotion.
People treated with respect
No names, no identifiable individuals and nothing confidential. Behaviour is described, never mocked.
A readable length
Around 800 to 1,500 words for articles and case studies; shorter for experiences.
